There are no per minute fees, therefore, no hidden costs. Barb does the calling, there is no long distance costs to the client. Barb guarantees a connection or your money is refunded.  Your questions/concerns will be answered.  There is always time towards the end of the session to ask questions.  This is your consultation, therefore, you run the reading.  If you want to focus on a certain area of life, just say so.
